Recipe for making spring roll sheets. Spring Roll Sheets Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
Add 1 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and about 1 to 1¼ cups water in a bowl. Mix it well and make a thin and smooth batter, so that there are no lumps in it.
Step 2: Make a thin sheet on the pan
Now take a non-stick tawa or pan. Heat it slightly. Now spread the batter on this pan. Keep in mind that the batter should be thin enough to spread well on the pan. Cook it on low flame.
Step 3: Take out the sheet
The sheet will dry slightly in about 20 to 30 seconds. As soon as the edges start rising, turn it. Now cook the sheet on the other side also till 80 percent. The sheet will be cooked in 1 to 2 minutes. Take it out carefully. Your spring roll sheet is ready.

Recipe to make Veg Spring Roll. Veg Spring Roll Recipe
Material
spring roll sheet
1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup capsicum (thinly chopped)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
salt as per taste
1 tsp finely chopped ginger-garlic
1 tbsp oil
A little flour batter to seal the roll
oil for frying
method of making
First of all heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic to it and fry it lightly. Now add carrots, cabbage and capsicum and fry on high flame for 23 minutes. Then add soy sauce, salt and black pepper and mix well. Now take out the stuffing and keep it aside. After this take a spring roll sheet. Place 2 to 3 spoons of stuffing in the middle. Now fold both the sides and wrap the sheet tightly like a roll and apply flour mixture on the edges and seal it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls on medium flame until they become golden and crisp. If you want, you can also air fry it. Your hot spring rolls are ready.
