But if you get proper sleep, it means your metabolism is high. Secondly, if your weight is increasing even after eating less food, it means that your metabolism is slow, because people who have good metabolism burn calories even during rest. If you always feel cold, especially your feet and hands are very cold, then it means that your metabolism is slow and with proper metabolism the body temperature remains normal.
