How to download Ayushman card online?
step 1: First official website https://pmjay.gov.in Or https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in Go to.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Am I Eligible’ option present in the top menu of the homepage.
Step 3: Enter the captcha code and enter your registered mobile number. Then login by entering OTP.
Step 4: Now select State, District and Sub-Scheme (PMJAY). Then search by entering name, Aadhaar or family ID in the search option.
Step 5: If e-KYC is pending, click on ‘Do e-KYC’. Verify with ‘Aadhaar OTP’ and give permission. Enter OTP received on mobile and Aadhaar.
Step 6: Login again after 15-20 minutes of completion of e-KYC. Click on ‘Download Card’, enter Aadhaar OTP and download the card in PDF format.
Can Ayushman card be made offline also?
Yes, you can get the card made by visiting your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or Ayushman Help Center-
step 1: First of all go to your nearest Common Service Center (CSC).
Step 2: Go there and request to make Ayushman Bharat Card and give your mobile number for verification.
Step 3: Once the mobile number is verified, submit the required documents so that your registration can be completed.
Step 4: When the verification of your documents is completed, the authorized person of the CSC center will prepare your card.
Step 5: After a few days, collect your Ayushman card from the same CSC centre.

What to do if Ayushman card is not downloading?
