New Delhi: The Vidya Wires IPO allotment is expected on December 8, 2025, Monday. The initial public offer garnered 26.59 times subscription on the final day of share sale on 5 December. The Rs 300-crore IPO received bids for 1,15,23,55,104 shares, while only 4,33,34,009 shares were placed on offer.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 5.12 times subscription
Vidya Wires IPO GMP stood at Rs 4 this morning. With the price band of Rs 52, Vidya Wires shares are expected to be listed with over 7 per cent gains at Rs 56 apiece.
Vidya Wires IPO, a book build issue of Rs 300.01 crore, has a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 274 crore, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of 50.01 lakh shares valued at Rs 26 crore.
