How many times a year can you get free treatment with Ayushman card?

Ayushman Bharat Yojana is for poor and economically weak families. Now seniors above 70 years of age can also take advantage of this. Annual cover of Rs 5 lakh is available for the entire family. Covered in both government and private hospitals. You can get the treatment done as many times as you want, but the total expenditure will be free only up to Rs 5 lakh. Once the limit is crossed, the free treatment for the year will stop.

• Go to PMJAY website.
• ‘Am I Eligible?’ Click on.
• Select state and category.
• Search by name, family number or ration card number.
• If the name is in the list, then you are eligible for the scheme.
• You can also check eligibility by visiting the nearest CSC center.

• Visit Ayushman Bharat website or Ayushman Bharat App.
• Enter Aadhaar number, mobile and family basic information.
• After verification the card will be ready for download.
• Download the card after verification.

If online seems difficult then go to the nearest CSC Centre, CHC or Community Health Centre. Ayushman Mitra present there will check your eligibility. After submitting the required documents, your card will be generated immediately.

• Must be linked to the hospital scheme.
• Your illness or treatment must be included in the package.
• The card must be active, otherwise problems may occur.
