After this, the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs informs the Rajya Sabha Secretariat that the government has decided that the session of the Rajya Sabha can be started from this date and this date can be abolished. It is also told that its information has been given to the President and permission has been received. After this information, a note is sent to the President of the President for final signature.
