Teacher Regularization Policy: Due to the lack of teachers in Korcoma Government School in Korba district of Chhattisgarh, all classes are now running regularly, due to which students are getting better education. All this is being done by Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai’s initiative.
Chhattisgarh Education Policy: In Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has taken the initiative to teach in Hindi in other schools including MBBS, which is providing benefits of understanding the rural students deeply. The school-teacher rationalization policy implemented under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai is playing an important role in improving the quality of education in schools of the state. Under this policy, appointment of teachers is being ensured by balanceing additional and vacant posts.
Korcoma Middle School in Korba district becomes example
Due to the lack of teachers in Korcoma Government School in Korba district, all classes are now going on regular, due to which students are getting better education. Earlier, due to lack of teachers, the students’ studies were incomplete. Class could not be held for several days. But now all classes are regularly operating after the rationalization process, and continuous teaching, study work is going on in a systematic manner.
The initiative of the Chief Minister avoided the future of the students from deteriorating
Principal Mr. Gopal Prasad Saw said that according to the number recorded, there was a shortage of two teachers, which has now been completed. The newly posted teachers have started taking classes immediately as soon as they arrive. Mrs. Ratnakar is teaching English, while Mrs. Nishad is handling social science, science and Hindi subjects. Parents are also increasing their trust in school. This initiative of the government is strengthening the right to education and ensuring that no child of the state is deprived of quality education.
