Sunny Deol’s team released an official statement on Tuesday. In this he wrote, “Sir (Dharmendra) is recovering and the medicines are responding to him. Let us pray for his good health and long life.” Earlier, when the news of Dharmendra being on ventilator had come in the media on Monday evening, Sunny Deol’s team had issued a statement denying it. He had said that He-Man’s condition is stable and he is under the supervision of doctors. However, he neither denied nor confirmed the reports of him being on a ventilator. Sunny Deol had also requested to pray for the safety of Dharmendra and respect the privacy of his family.

Since when is superstar Dharmendra admitted in the hospital?
It has been almost 12 days since Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. On October 31, he had trouble breathing, after which he was taken to the hospital. Since then he is admitted in ICU. Initially the doctors had said that there was nothing to worry about. But on November 10, his health suddenly deteriorated again and the news of him being on ventilator came in the media. Dharmendra is a veteran Bollywood superstar, who has been active in films for 7 decades and has worked in more than 300 movies.
