The bail granted by Delhi High Court to former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, convicted in the Unnao rape case, is now in controversy. A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court challenging this decision of the High Court. The petitioners have demanded cancellation of Sengar’s bail. In this case, the victim and the CBI have already said that they will approach the Supreme Court against the High Court’s decision. The victim has termed the bail as a dangerous sign for justice and said that she will continue the legal fight against this decision.
