This water drunk in Brahma Muhurta increases the Agni of the body, which helps in smooth digestion of food and reduces toxins in the body. The expert further said, but this habit should not be followed in summer.
According to him, bile increases in the environment during summer and this bile increases the heat in the body, due to which drinking too much hot water can cause problems like acidity in the body, burning sensation in the chest and mouth ulcers.
Apart from this, people whose nature is pitta should also avoid drinking hot water. Because due to bile nature, heat increases in the body. Therefore, it is important that a person should follow his habits according to the time and his nature.
