Increase in LPG production, what is the benefit to families?
More than 33 crore Indian households depend on LPG for cooking. The government has ordered a 25% increase in domestic production in March. This means that common people do not need to worry about gas shortage or panic.

The war and pressure on the Strait of Hormuz are leading to a shortage of 10.7 million barrels per day. By the end of March it may increase to 11.5 million barrels. Damage to refineries and depots caused by US-Iranian and Israeli attacks has further complicated the situation.
