How to register?
Prospective buyers can register online via the DDA portal. The registration process requires creating a login, entering personal details such as name, email, mobile number, PAN, date of birth, gender, and Aadhaar number. Applicants must then request an OTP, enter the code, and pay a registration fee of Rs 2,500.
Online auction process:
Once registered, buyers can participate in an online e-auction to secure their preferred flats. The process involves logging into the DDA portal, selecting a flat, ensuring the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is available in their account, and placing bids during the auction. The highest bidder receives a demand letter and completes the purchase process.
