According to astrologer Pt. Sharma, Holika Dahan is done on the full moon date of Phalgun month. The full moon of Phalgun month will start from 5:55 pm on Monday evening, March 2, which will last till 5:08 pm on the next day i.e. Tuesday, March 3. That means the coincidence of the full moon date is happening on 2 days. In such a situation, the question arises that on which day Holika Dahan should be done.

When is Holika Dahan 2026?
According to Astrologer Pt. Sharma, for Holika Dahan it is necessary to have night time on Phalgun Purnima Tithi and Bhadra-free time.
