Now peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (it would be better if you cut them with a slicer). Soak in cold salted water for 10 minutes. Wipe dry with a cloth. Fry them crisply in hot oil on medium flame. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala on top.

You can also make sago chips without using incense. For this, soak sago for 3 to 4 hours. Now prepare a thick batter by adding water and cook on gas until it becomes transparent. When it cools down, spread it into small papads and dry it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. When you fry them in hot oil, they will swell as soon as they are added. These papads taste very tasty.

Generally, to make rice chips, they are dried in the sun. But you can also make them without using sunlight. For this, first boil water and salt, add rice flour to it and mix well. Cool it a bit and make small balls. Now roll it lightly on a plastic sheet and fry it directly in oil. As soon as they are fried, they swell and become very light and crunchy.

To make flour chips, first take 1 cup of flour and mix 2 spoons of semolina, salt, red chilli and celery in it. Now mix all this and knead a stiff dough. Roll out thin roti and pierce it with a fork. Cut it into any shape of your choice and fry it on medium flame. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve. If you want, you can fry them and store them in a box.
