First step- Shashank tells in the video that if colorful gulal and permanent color has been applied on your face, then there is no need to panic. To clean it, first of all take coconut oil and massage your face thoroughly with it. You have to massage your face for 5 to 10 minutes. Coconut oil lightens the color, making it easily removed from the skin.
Second step- Prepare a natural scrub by mixing gram flour, turmeric and curd. Add a little water and a few drops of oil (like coconut or olive oil) to it. Apply this paste on the face and massage gently for 5 to 10 minutes. Gram flour works as a natural exfoliator. Which helps in gradually removing the accumulated dirt and color from the skin. Turmeric soothes skin irritation and redness. The light lactic acid present in curd helps in removing the color and gives coolness and moisture to the skin. This not only makes the skin clean but also remains soft.
Third step- Lastly, to thoroughly clean the face, mix a little face wash with curd and apply it on the face. Then wash thoroughly with clean water. Face wash removes the remaining oil and dirt from the skin. While curd helps in moisturizing the skin again and bringing a slight glow. This does not make the skin dry, rather it feels soft and hydrated. It also provides extra moisture along with mild exfoliation.
