Holi festival is not just about colors but also about eating delicious snacks. Instead of buying bad oily snacks from the market, it is better to make delicious snacks at home. You must have eaten a lot from sago kheer to khichdi. Now try Sabudana Papad. Sabudana papad is very easy to make. You can easily dry it in strong sunlight. Soak sago overnight
To make sago papad, you have to soak sago in water overnight. Then in the morning you have to drain the water and cook it. You can buy small or big sago from the market as per your choice.
Cook sago until it becomes transparent.
Add soaked sago and a little water in the pan and keep stirring continuously on low flame. You will see that after some time the sago will completely melt and become transparent. After this, add salt, cumin, black pepper and green chilli paste to the mixture and mix well. Keep in mind that the mixture should be slightly thick and smooth.

Use polythene sheet
Use polythene sheet to spread papad. The papads spread easily on the sheet and then come out after drying. If you don’t have a sheet, you can also use an old saree to make papad.
Strong sunlight is necessary for sago papad
Dry the papads in strong sunlight for 2-3 days otherwise the papads will not dry from inside and will get spoiled. Once completely dry, store them in an airtight container. Then put the papad in oil and fry it.
