Hindi box office report: The Hindi box office is witnessing a clear power play, and one film continues to dominate the conversation even after six weeks in theatres. Dhurandhar, led by Ranveer Singh, is holding its ground with remarkable consistency, leaving newer releases struggling to keep pace.

Dhurandhar box office collection
Released on December 5, Dhurandhar has now completed 46 days at the box office. Even at this late stage, the film continues to pull in solid numbers. On Day 45, the Aditya Dhar directorial earned Rs 3.75 crore. While Monday’s figures are still awaited, the total collection so far stands at a massive Rs 825.1 crore. The film’s steady run highlights strong word of mouth and repeat audience interest.
A look at the film’s week-wise performance explains its dominance. Dhurandhar opened with Rs 28 crore on Day 1 and closed its first week at Rs 207.25 crore. The second week brought in Rs 253.25 crore, followed by Rs 172 crore in the third week. Collections dipped gradually but remained healthy, with Rs 106.5 crore in week four, Rs 51.25 crore in week five and Rs 26.35 crore in week six. Even individual late-week days have surprised trade watchers, with Rs 3 crore on Day 44 and Rs 3.75 crore on Day 45.
The Raja Saab box office collection
In comparison, Prabhas’s The Raja Saab is facing a slower journey. The horror-comedy released on January 9, 2026, and has completed 11 days in theatres. The film opened with Rs 9.15 crore from paid previews and ended its first week with Rs 130.25 crore. However, daily collections have shown a downward trend. It earned Rs 3.5 crore on Day 8, Rs 3 crore on Day 9 and Rs 2.50 crore on Day 10. With Day 11 numbers still pending, the film’s total currently stands at Rs 139.25 crore.
Rahu Ketu box office collection
The struggle is more visible for the newer January 16 releases. Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma’s Rahu-Ketu opened at Rs 1 crore on Day 1. It showed minor growth over the weekend with Rs 1.6 crore on Day 2 and Rs 1.75 crore on Day 3. Despite that, the film’s total remains modest at Rs 4.4 crore.
Happy Patel box office collection
A similar story unfolds for Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos, starring Aamir Khan, Vir Das and Imran Khan. The film collected Rs 1.25 crore on its opening day, followed by Rs 1.6 crore on Saturday and Rs 1.5 crore on Sunday. Its total box office collection currently stands at Rs 4.35 crore.
