Ujjain. A painful and shocking incident came to light in Gulabpura village of Badnagar tehsil of Ujjain, the city of Baba Mahakal in Madhya Pradesh. Shailu father Satyanarayana Prajapat hanged himself and gave his life. But the question is why this happened? There were two marriages in Shailu’s life. The first marriage took place four years ago in Badnavar in Dhar district. Meanwhile, a Muslim youth named Monu Khan made Shailu his mouthful sister.
Love jihad or harassment-what is the truth?
Two years ago, Monu Khan married Shailu and changed her name to Sameera. After marriage, both of them started living in Jodhpur, and some time ago he returned to Badnagar. Shailu kept telling her family that Monu assaulted her, harasses and forces her to live according to Muslim customs. Sometimes he was also seen wearing a burqa.

Despite knowing everything, why did the family remain silent?
Shailu told her family several times, but she herself could never dare to ask for help or complain against the accused. A day earlier, the family got information that Shailu committed suicide by hanging himself. The family consider it to be a murder. He says that this love can be a case of jihad and harassment.
What steps did the police take?
In this case, the police registered an FIR and conducted a post -mortem of the body. According to the police, five people are accused: Monu Khan, Sonu Khan, Guddu Khan, Shahnaz B and Tabassum Khan. Out of this, two accused have been taken into custody. The administration also ran a bulldozer on the illegal house of the main accused Monu Khan.
The question is, is it just a domestic dispute?
Is this case only of domestic harassment or is love jihad and conspiracy behind it? The police is continuously investigating. Local Hinduist organizations protested and the matter is also under discussion on social media.
