Kerala woman vipanchika mani: A shocking incident from Sharjah of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) shook everyone. 33 -year -old Vipacika Mani of Kollam, Kerala and her one and a half year old daughter Vaibhavi were found dead in their al -Nahada apartment.
Initial investigation is considered to be a case of suicide after murder, in which Vipacika committed suicide after killing her daughter.
Vyacikika (Vipanchika mani) On the complaint of the mother Shailaja, the Kollam police have registered a case of dowry harassment and abetment to suicide against her son -in -law Nidhish Valiyavital, father -in -law Mohanan, and mother -in -law Neethu Beni. The suicide note of Vikacika has revealed dowry harassment, sexual abuse, and a dreadful story of physical-mental torture.
Shocking revelations in suicide note
Vikacika shared a six -page suicide note on her Facebook account, which was posted through the timer setting. In this, he mentioned in detail the cruel behavior in his in -laws. According to the note:-
- Dowry harassment: Vidyacika was tortured for dowry since marriage. The in -laws said that the marriage was not grand and insulted her due to lack of car in dowry. According to his mother Shailaja, ‘He used to say that dowry is not enough. They used to ask for a big house, car, and more money.
- physical violence: Vikacika wrote, ‘I was beaten like a dog. I was expelled from the house even when he was pregnant. He was denied food and shelter during seven months of pregnancy.
- Sexual Exploitation: The most serious accusation was made on father -in -law Mohanan, who allegedly treated Vipacika inappropriately. When she complained to her husband Nidhish, she replied, ‘I married you not only for myself, but also for my father.’ It was also revealed in the note that Nidhish, inspired by pornographic videos, demanded derogatory sexual acts from him.
- Disruption and humiliation: Being fair, Vipachaika was taunted and tried to make him ‘less attractive’ by shaving his head, as his in -laws were deeply colored.
Vikacika wrote, ‘I have been correcting every torture of his quietly, but not anymore. Do not leave them. ‘ In the note, he also mentioned the neglect of his daughter Vaibhavi, stating that Nidhish never considered her her daughter.
Forensic report opened deep secrets, waiting for postmortem report
On 8 July, Vipachaika and her daughter Vaibhavi were found dead in Al Nahada area of Sharjah. According to the forensic report, Vaibhavi’s death occurred due to ‘breathing’ (possibly from pillow), which suspects that Vipacika first killed her daughter and then committed suicide. The al -Buhairah police of Sharjah is investigating, and the postmortem of the bodies is being held at Al Kasimi Hospital. The family has demanded a thorough investigation, calling it a ‘dual murder’ case.
In which streams did the mother of the deceased Vyacika file a case?
Vipachaka’s mother Shailaja lodged a complaint at the Kundra police station, in which she accused Nidhish, Neethu, and Mohanan of dowry harassment, physical-mental torture, and abetment to suicide. The case has been registered under Section 85 (cruelty by spouse or relatives) and 108 (provoking suicide) of the Indian Code (BNS), as well as sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Shailaja said, ‘I did not know the full depth of my daughter’s suffering. The accused should be punished.
Vikacika and Nidhish were married in November 2020, and both were living in Sharjah. Vidyachika was a filing clerk in a private company in Dubai for the last seven years, while Nidhish was working as a facility engineer in Dubai. Due to the matrimonial dispute, Vipacika was living separately with her daughter and the divorce process had started. The family claims that divorce pressure may also be a reason for their suicide.
Indian Embassy and UAE Investigation
The Indian Embassy has stopped the funeral of Vaibhavi from performing the funeral by Nidhish’s family, as Shailaja has claimed the body of the girl. The dead bodies will be brought to Kerala on 16 July today, and the funeral will be in Puttanmukku, the house of Vipacika’s maternal uncle. Sharjah police and UAE officials have also started a parallel investigation into the matter.
Kerala and UAE police are investigating the matter intensively. The family has appealed to the Government of India and the UAE Embassy to take the matter seriously.
