250 grams fennel 200 grams fenugreek 1 kg chicken 2 thick cardamoms 4-5 cloves 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2-3 bay leaves 1/2 teaspoon ground garam masala 1 teaspoon dried coriander Salt as per taste 2 red chillies 3-4 teaspoon vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce A little mustard oil as required

Chicken Pickle Recipe

First of all, take a cooker and mix fenugreek seeds and fennel in it and whistle. Take out the fennel and fenugreek seeds in the cooker and throw away its water. By doing this their bitterness is removed and the taste becomes much better. Now take a pan and add mustard oil in it and heat it. Now after heating the oil, add the spices in it. Now add fenugreek and fennel along with the spices to the chicken. Add salt, red chilli, ground dry coriander, garam masala, vinegar and soya sauce as per taste. Mix all this well and keep it covered on low flame. Keep stirring it every 5-7 minutes. When the chicken leaves its water, fry it well. Serve it after all the water dries. You can easily store this pickle for 2-3 months.
