Harshit Rana Batting: Take the name of Harshit Rana, most of the Indian cricket fans will be seen criticizing him. This player gets more abuses than claps everywhere on social media, but in Adelaide, Harshit Rana did something due to which people are acknowledging his talent. On the Adelaide pitch where batsmen like Gill and Virat failed, Harshit Rana won the hearts of the fans with his intelligent batting. Harshit Rana, coming at number 9, scored unbeaten 24 runs in 18 balls, on the basis of which Team India reached the score of 264, whereas at one time it seemed that Team India would not be able to score even 250.

Harshit Rana beats Jampa

The interesting thing is that Harshit Rana also defeated the bowler who was performing best in Adelaide. Harshit took on leg spinner Adam Zampa. This bowler had taken 4 wickets in the match but in his last over, Harshit Rana spoiled all his figures. Rana hit three sharp fours in his last over and he gave away 16 runs in it, as a result, Jampa missed out on making a big record.

Actually, Adam Zampa had a chance to perform best in ODI against India at home but it could not happen. Jampa had taken 4 wickets for 44 runs in 9 overs and if he had given less than 54 runs, it would have been his best performance against India, but Harshit Rana scored 16 runs in this over, spoiling his figures. Harshit Rana proved one thing that he has the talent of batting, perhaps that is why Gautam Gambhir takes a gamble on him.

Good batting by Rohit-Shreyas Iyer

Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer played good innings in Adelaide ODI. Rohit Sharma scored 73 runs while Shreyas Iyer played an inning of 61 runs. These two batsmen rescued the team from the initial shock by making a partnership of 118 runs for the third wicket. Apart from these two, Akshar Patel scored 44 runs in 41 balls.
