As per the reports, Rajinikanth has a total net worth of over ₹500 crore, in the year 2025. The veteran actor is currently living at his posh residence, which is situated in Poes Garden, Chennai, which is one of the most expensive residential areas in India.
Rajinikanth’s minimalistic yet luxurious bungalow is reportedly worth ₹35 to ₹40 crore. Apart from his Poes Garden residence, which is his permanent residence, the Jailer actor reportedly owns two more houses – one in Chennai, while the other one is in Pune.
The superstar has a luxury car collection, which includes Bentley Limousine worth ₹22 crore, Rolls Royce Phantom, Rolls Royce Ghost. The movie, which is a sequel to the blockbuster film Jailer, marks the superstar’s second collaboration with hitmaker Nelson Dilipkumar. Later, Thalaivar will play the lead role in the upcoming untitled film produced by his close friend and onscreen rival, Kamal Haasan. The project, tentatively titled Thalaivar 173, is reportedly helmed by Ramkumar Balakrishnan.
