Hanumangarh Fake Doctor Dowry Case: Hanumangarh woman has accused the husband of being a false doctor. There was a demand for dowry in marriage 15 years ago, while husband’s studies are only till eighth. A case has been registered against the husband against dowry harassment on the husband.
Hanumangarh News: A woman from Bhadra area of Hanumangarh district has filed an FIR in the police by making serious allegations against her husband and in -laws’ side. The woman says that before marriage, she was misled and given false information, which completely changed her life.
Married 15 years ago in Hisar, Haryana
According to the victim, about 15 years ago, her marriage was decided by Vikas, a resident of Gudsal village of Adampur tehsil of Hisar district of Haryana. Then the in -law side claimed that the boy is a doctor and there is about 12 fort land in his share. Along with this, a motorcycle was also demanded in the form of dowry before marriage. The family members of the woman spent more than their status and married and handed over the woman.

When the doctor turned out to be the eighth pass
Shortly after marriage, the woman came to know the truth that the husband is neither a doctor nor educated in studies. He has only studied up to eighth grade and is addicted to drugs. The woman alleges that during this time the husband beat her up several times in a drunken state and taunted her for dowry. The woman said that in the early years of married life, a period of mental and physical torture had started. Despite this, he tried to save the family. During this, his first son was born in 2011 and the second son in 2016.
After some time, the accused used to change his work
- According to the allegation, wherever he worked due to her husband’s habit, he would leave everything in no time. The woman tried to settle down at different places, but every time there was a dispute and violence. There was a time when the woman took refuge in the maiden, but later the in -laws’ side took her back.
- In 2018, the woman started living with her husband in a rented house in horsemen village. In the year 2022, a house was built in horsemen with the help of both families, where she had been living since April 2022. But the woman says that the situation did not change even in the new house and the husband continued to abuse and fight.

- The victim alleges that apart from her husband, other in -laws also kept pressurizing her to bring dowry. He also said that after the truth of the husband being a fake doctor, the bitterness in the relationship has increased.
- The police have registered a case against the husband in other sections including dowry harassment, assault and threatening to kill him on the complaint of the woman. The matter has now become a topic of discussion at the local level.
