Narrator Devkinandan Thakur told that Hanuman ji has three fathers. Lord Shiva, Pawan Dev and Kesari ji. In Treta Yuga, Lord Shiva had come in the form of Hanumanji. Referring to the incident of Narad ji, he said that when Narad asked to marry Lord Narayan, God turned him into a monkey. Then when Narad ji went to Lord Shiva, he sent his messengers after him.

Lord Shiva came to know about this

After this, when Lord Shiva asked, his messengers told him that Lord Narayana had turned Narad ji into a monkey. Later it came to light that Lord Narayan wanted to save Narad ji from Maya. When Narad ji went to the meeting in the form of a monkey, Vishwa Mohini did not even look in that direction. Then Lord Shiva came to know that whoever Lord Narayan wants to transform into a monkey through Maya, he turns that person into a monkey.

At the same time Lord Shiva decided that he would also serve Shri Ram by becoming a monkey. During the churning of the ocean, when Lord Narayana took the form of Mohini, Lord Shiva said that he wanted to see that form. Then when Lord Narayan showed the form of Mohini to Lord Shiva, he became so enamored with her that all his glory evaporated.

Pawan Dev helped the seven sages

After this, Lord Narayana took over the glory of Lord Shiva and asked the seven sages to take him to Anjana’s womb. The seven sages took that glory to Mother Anjana. There, the seven sages sought help from Pawan Dev to send the light of Lord Shiva from the ear door to the womb of Anjana Maa through mantra. Pawan Dev helped the seven sages in this.

However, mother Anjana came to know that Venus had entered her womb. On this, when Anjana asked about cursing, Pawan Dev came in front of her and said that this happened as per the wish of Lord Narayana and Shiv Ji. A devotee of God will be born from your womb. Then when mother Anjana said that she was a virgin, she was married to Kesari ji. In this way, these three are the fathers of Hanuman ji.
