Vibhish Palliyali is originally from Kerala, India and has been working as a driver in UAE for the last 15 years. He had the habit of buying lottery tickets every month for 15 years. He hoped that one day his luck would definitely shine. Every month when he received his salary, he used to buy UAE lottery tickets. He had purchased his ticket in February also, so he did not have money to buy another ticket.
