He also prayed to Shri Krishna for giving him strength to clear some claims that are making the rounds. Govinda’s statement comes amid reports of his relationship with his co-star Komal Rani Swarnkar. They have acted in the upcoming film, Roopa.
Govinda’s fresh statement amid divorce drama with Sunita Ahuja
At the Youth Shakti Dahi Handi event, spoke to the media and said, “When this endeavour is taking place, it is not just a game… We all have to carry forward the heritage of our country. We must keep in mind how we can move ahead within the entire world.”
He further added in Hindi, “Bohot si batein aasman mein likh di gayi hai, main vahi prarthana karta hu ki voh clear ho aur Govinda usko clear kar paye.” The actor concluded, saying, “I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the support you have consistently shown me over the years. I am now returning to the screen with new projects; I need your cooperation for these films to succeed, and I pray that they do well.”
Govinda to participate in Rise and Fall 2?
While Govinda has his personal matters to solve, rumours are rife that he has been approached for the second season of Rise and Fall. Formerly hosted by Ashneer Grover, a Variety India report revealed that if all goes well, this will mark Govinda’s debut in the reality TV space as a contestant. The actor is yet to make an official confirmation about the same. Arjun Bijlani won the first season of Rise and Fall. The reality show launched in 2025 with contestants like Nayandeep Rakshit, Kiku Sharda, Pawan Singh, Aahana Kumra, Bali, Arush Bhola, Manisha Rani, Aditya Narayan, Arbaz Patel, Dhanashree Verma and others.
