MP Gauseva Board Meeting: A meeting of Madhya Pradesh Gaons Vardhan Board was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In which dung, income from cow urine, solar energy use, indigenous breed incentive, participation of religious institutions were discussed.
Madhya Pradesh News: On Monday, a meeting of the Madhya Pradesh Gaons Vardhan Board was held in Bhopal under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that self -sufficient Gaushala can contribute significantly to the state’s economy. Cow-shores can become prosperous by earning money from waste, cow dung, cow urine etc. Therefore, in order to develop self-reliant cowsheds, the system of selling materials made from cow urine-gobar etc. should be developed in the cowsheds. Along with this, the available space in cowsheds should also be used for power generation from solar energy.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave many instructions in the meeting
- CM said that in various regions of the state, Gopalan of indigenous breed should be encouraged according to the local environment.
- Religious institutions and donors should be added to the management of cowsheds.
- The number of veterinarians is less in proportion to the livestock available in the state.
- An increase in the number of veterinarians is necessary for better management of cow dynasty and increase in milk production.
- Necessary innovations should also be made to increase Gopalan activities in tribal areas of the state.
- By working coordinated in the sector of animal husbandry-retirement and renewable energy in the state, the income of farmers will also increase and the state, the top states of the country will be able to be included in the direction of milk production.
What works Gausvardhan Board
- It was informed in the meeting that the Gaus Vardhan Board is directly transferred to the bank accounts of the Gaushala committees.
- 937 new Gaushalas have been registered by the board after the establishment, one lakh 10 thousand cow dynasty has shelter.
- Biogas cum organic manure manufacturing plants were set up in Vidisha, Dewas, Agar-Malwa, Gwalior, Damoh, Satna and Rewa in 2024-25.
- Municipal Corporation Gwalior, Indore and Ujjain have started operating the large gaushalas. The work of establishing cowsheds in Bhopal and Jabalpur is going on.
- The meeting also reviewed the progress of the policy of establishing self -reliant gaushalas in the meeting.
