The state government has declared a holiday on 1 November 2025 i.e. Saturday on the occasion of State Foundation Day. The General Administration Department has issued an official order in this regard on Friday. According to the order, all government, private, aided and non-government schools will remain closed on this day. After the holidays of Diwali and Chhath, now children are going to get one more day off due to which children are very happy.
All government offices will remain closed on November 1
According to the order of GAD, there will be a holiday in all government offices on November 1. However, banks will remain open so that money transactions do not stop. On the occasion of State Foundation Day, special programs will be organized in all the districts including the capital Raipur. Cultural presentations, tableaux and activities related to government schemes will be organized in these programs. There will be an atmosphere of celebration and enthusiasm in the entire state on this day. During this holiday, you can spend quality time with your family or make the day special by planning a trip somewhere.
