The US government has offered a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to the capture or killing of 10 senior Iranian officials, including Mojtaba Khamenei. The move reflects America’s intention to target Iran’s leadership, especially Khamenei. Meanwhile, Iran has given India special exemption for safe passage of Indian-flagged or Indian-owned tankers through the Strait of Hormuz. It is expected that this will help India reduce the problems related to prices of LPG, LNG and fertilizers, which reflects the improving mutual diplomacy between India and Iran.
