Gold-Silver Price Today: No major change was seen in gold prices across the country today. Even on December 21, 2025, gold remained at the same level where it was a day earlier. Price of 10 grams of gold in India today
If we talk about today’s latest rate, then 24 carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,34,180 per 10 grams. Whereas the price of 22 carat gold has been recorded at Rs 1,23,000 for 10 grams. Apart from this, 18 carat gold is available in 10 grams for Rs 1,00,640. There has been no change in all these rates today.
Why did gold fall in the past?
A slight decline in gold prices was seen on 19 December. On that day, 24 carat gold had become cheaper by about Rs 660 per 10 grams, while 22 carat gold had fallen by about Rs 600 per 10 grams. Since then the prices have remained stable, due to which a state of equilibrium is visible in the market.
Silver prices rise
While gold remained stable today, silver has shown a rise. Today the price of 10 grams of silver has become Rs 2,140, which is Rs 50 more than yesterday. If we talk about 1 kg silver, it has reached Rs 2,14,000. This rise in silver has attracted the attention of investors.

Situation of 10 gram gold today in big cities
Talking about metropolitan cities, today gold remained a little high in Chennai, there 24 carat gold is available for Rs 1,35,280 for 10 grams and 22 carat gold is available for Rs 1,24,000. Gold prices in cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune remained equal to the national average. Gold appeared a little expensive in Delhi, where 24 carat gold reached Rs 1,34,330 in 10 grams. Even in Ahmedabad, prices remained slightly above average.
