First the teacher threatens them, then she slaps the student standing at the front of the line, grabs her hair, makes her fall down and hits her with her knees. School’s claim – Girls were found with mobile phones: School administrator Subhash says that the girl was beaten because she was found with mobile phones. The Sarpanch representative said that a Panchayat was held between the family and the school administrator and the matter was resolved. The family did not lodge any complaint.

The Education Department says that if the family complains, action will be taken. Bhuna’s Block Education Officer (BEO) Nirmala Sihag said that she got the information through media and the video has not reached her. If the family complains, action will be taken. At present, the investigation of the case is going on.
