 the former Girls Next Door star and podcast host, made a rare red carpet appearance this week at the BANFF World Media Festival in Alberta, Canada.

The reality TV personality, 52, stepped out in a knee-length, form-fitting sky blue satin dress with delicate spaghetti straps. She completed the polished ensemble with metallic peeptoe stilettos and a timeless large-faced watch. Her blonde hair was loosely side-parted and cascaded in soft curls over her shoulders, with side-swept bangs and a peek of dark roots.
