Fearing defamation due to obscene video going viral in Namo Bharat train, an adult student from Ghaziabad tried to commit suicide. An FIR was registered against the girl and the boy, while the operator who made the video was removed from his job and a case was registered under the IT Act.
New Delhi. The girl seen in the obscene video of Namo Bharat train tried to commit suicide due to fear of defamation. According to reports, after getting him treated, the family has sent him to a relative’s house in another city. Let us tell you that this girl from Ghaziabad is an adult and is doing BCA from an institute on Meerut Road. At the same time, the boy seen with him in the video is doing B.Tech from a college in Ghaziabad.
FIR against boy and girl doing obscene acts
Let us tell you that Dushyant Kumar, who works as security head in DBRRTS department, has lodged an FIR against the boy and girl who indulged in obscene acts in the coach of Namo Bharat Rapid Rail. Dushyant also handles the safety of Namo Bharat train operated under NCRTC. He has filed a report against both of them on the night of 22 December 2025.
When is the matter?
Let us tell you that according to the report lodged in Muradnagar police station of Ghaziabad, this incident happened last month i.e. 24th November. Actually, a boy and a girl traveling in the premium coach of train number 23 going from Duhai to Muradnagar were seen doing dirty acts in public. In this case, a case has been registered against both the accused under sections 296 and 77 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) 2023.
Who made the video?
Namo Bharat train operator Rishabh had made a video of this entire incident through his mobile phone in his cabin while on duty and made it viral. The company considered this action of Rishabh as a violation of rules and he was dismissed from service on 3 December itself. Not only this, a case has also been registered against Rishabh in this matter under Section 67 of the IT Act 2008. According to the police, the matter is being investigated and further action will be taken on that basis only.
