Coconut Laddu Recipe for Ganesh Chaturthi
Material: 2 cups (200 grams) dry coconut, 1 cup (200 grams) sugar, 1 cup (240 ml) milk, 1 teaspoon, ghee
Method: To make coconut laddus, you buy coconut worn out of the market. Now put ghee in a pan and add dry coconut. Cook coconut on low flame for about 3 to 4 minutes. When its color starts to become light brown, add a cup of milk and cook again for three to four minutes. Now add sugar to it. You will see that the water is leaving. Keep stirring it until it dries. After some time stop the heat. Now let it cool down and make laddus with dry coconut.
Besan laddus will be made in 10 minutes
You can make gram flour laddus in just 10 minutes to offer Ganpati Bappa. Use roasted gram to make gram flour laddus. Grind Roasted Chana in a mixer grinder and filter with the help of a sieve. Now put about half a cup of ghee in a pan and add roasted gram powder and fry it lightly. When you start smelling gram, take out the mixture in a bowl. Now add 250 grams of sugar to it. Allow the mixer to cool down and make laddus with the help of hands.
Make modak with milk and milk powder
You do not need to buy modak from outside to offer Ganpati Bappa. Take four tablespoons of ghee in a pan. Now add half a liter of milk to it. When the milk is hot, add 1.5 cup of milk powder. Cook this mixture until thick for about 10 minutes. Now add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder, half a cup of sugar and saffron milk. Cook it until it becomes thick. Allow it to cool down and mix pistachios and saffron and fill it in a mold of modak and make modak.
