Gourd barfi
You can make gourd barfi at home. To make it, first of all take out the peel of the gourd. After this, clean it with water. Now grate it. After this, heat milk in a pan. Remove gourd water and pour it in milk and cook on low flame. After this, add sugar and cook it. After this, add cardamom powder, 2 tablespoons of desi ghee, a pinch of green food color. When the paste becomes slightly thick and the water goes to dry, then add chopped cashews, almonds and raisins to it. Mix it and take it out in a plate. Give it a barfi shape when it cools down.
Pumpkin barfi
To make it, peel the pumpkin and grate them finely. Now put milk on the gas on the gas and heat it on low flame. Now add ghee to a pan and add grated pumpkin and fry till the water drys up completely. Meanwhile, to make sugar syrup, add sugar in half a cup of water and cook. After this, when the pumpkin absorb water completely and add thick milk to it and cook it till it dries completely. Then add syrup to it and fry it till it dries again. Now apply ghee in a plate and put this paste in it and when it cools down, cut it into the desired shape and add nuts on top. If you want, you can already put nuts in the paste.
Beet barfi
Barfi can also be made from beetroot. For this, first of all, cut the beetroot and clean it thoroughly and boil it. After that grind the boiled beetroot. Now heat ghee in a pan and add beet paste to it. When some water is dry, add corn floor solution to it and keep stirring it. Now add sugar to it. After this, add grated coconut and dry fruits to it. After drying the paste water, turn off the gas. Apply ghee in a plate and pour this paste on it. After it cools down, give it the shape of barfi.
