Materials must be made to make Makhana Modak
To make it, 1 cup of makhana, ghee, milk, 2 to 3 saffron threads, surely sugar or sugar powder, milk powder, 1/4 cup cashew nuts, almonds and raisins, you can use any nuts or seeds of your choice. Let’s know how modak can be made.
Method of making Makhana Modak
To make Makhana Modak, first put the makhana in the pan and fry it till it becomes crispy. After this, put it in its grinder and grind it. Now put milk in a pan and heat it lightly, then add milk powder and sugar or brown powder and mix well. Now add roasted makhane powder to it. After this, mix a mixture of milk and saffron in it. Now add ghee on top and mix it well. When this paste becomes slightly tight, then turn off the gas. Now take a model cam and fill this paste inside it. Take it ready, Makhana Modak.
You can also add dry fruits to it. For which almonds, cashews and other dry fruits can be mixed with rostkar, mixing it in this paste or cut into small pieces and mixed it in a paste. This will increase the taste of modak even more.
