Judo Association Jammu & Kashmir is going to organize the Ganderbal District Judo Championship 2026 from August 25 to 27 at Indore Sports Hall, Sehpora Stadium, Ganderbal.
The Championship will be held under the banner of the J&K Sports Council and aims to provide young judokas an opportunity to showcase their skills and compete at the district level.
The event will also be conducted under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Campaign to spread awareness among youth against drug abuse through the medium of sports. The organizers emphasized the role of sports in encouraging youngsters to adopt a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.
All participating judokas have been advised to report to their concerned coaches along with their Aadhaar cards for necessary verification and participation formalities.
