In UPITS 2025, students saw a glimpse of changing Uttar Pradesh. More than 30 thousand children of school-college were aware of machinery, handicrafts and startups. A new chapter of the industry and innovation is a new chapter from the vision of the Yogi government.
The picture of Uttar Pradesh is now seen living not only in books, but on the front stage. The policies based on industrial development and innovation of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath have made a big jump towards giving UP a global identity. The same scene appeared in the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS-2025), where not only traders and foreign buyers arrived, but are also becoming the enthusiasm of school children and college students. UPITS has become the center of inspiration for the youth and the next generation.
From machinery to handicrafts, children know every aspect of industry
Every day thousands of students are visiting the trade show with their teachers. While walking the stall by stall, they would sometimes understand the big machinery setup and sometimes they would take the design of traditional handicrafts in their hands. The curiosity of children was also visible in front of entrepreneurs. In many places they ask questions – “How does this machine work?”, “Which countries do this product go?” This enthusiasm of the younger generation is indicating the changing face and industrial flight of the state.

UPITS becomes a direct example of Yogi government’s vision
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has repeatedly spoken of making “Uttar Pradesh a growth engine of India” and UPITS is a tangible form of the same dream. Not only businessmen, foreign investors and MSME have reached this platform, but a new picture of the state has also been placed in front of the children. Everything from One District One Product (ODOP) to startups and technology -based industries is displayed here. With this, the youth are able to see how their own state is no longer limited to agriculture, but is also making its place fast in the industry and global market.
Special arrangements for safety and learning for students
DIOS Rajesh Singh said that a special route map has been prepared to easily reach all stalls to all stalls, while the district administration has also made free bus arrangements to bring from school. The arrangements for their food and water were also made free. A daily quiz contest is being organized for children, in which questions related to the industrial progress and handicrafts of Uttar Pradesh are being asked. The winners will be honored on the last day.

District Magistrate Medha Rupam said that UPITS 2025 is not just a walk, but an opportunity to learn and create the future. Here they are seeing how the policies of the Yogi government have made UP a hub of industry and investment from agricultural state. This inspirational experience is showing children the way to become scientists, entrepreneurs and neoplasms.
More than 30 thousand children arrived in 3 days
The District Magistrate said that in just three days more than 30 thousand students reached the event. On the first day, 10 thousand children have reached 10 thousand, 12 thousand on the second day and 8 thousand children have reached the third day. This figure shows how excited the new generation is to see a glimpse of the changing Uttar Pradesh.
