Patna: The strong presence of women candidates in the second phase of Bihar Assembly elections 2025 has made the electoral contest more interesting. A total of 136 women are in the fray in the elections to be held on November 11. According to the Election Commission, there are a total of 1,302 candidates in this phase, which include 1,165 men, 136 women and 1 third gender candidate.
