From custard flavor to sheer khurma…you can make these 5 types of vermicelli on Eid.

Kimami Vermicelli is amazingly delicious. To make this, first roast nuts like almonds, makhana in desi ghee. Then roast the vermicelli in the same pan until it turns golden. Now you have to make syrup. When it becomes of 1 string, add khoya and milk powder to it. When both these things dissolve well, then you have to add dry fruits and vermicelli in it. You have to let it simmer on low flame by closing the lid.  Lastly add Kewda water and then turn off the gas and cover it. Serve it after some time. (Image: thedailydelish_byneeti)
Children are going to like Custard Vermicelli very much. In this you simply have to first roast the vermicelli in some ghee. On the other side, heat milk in the pan. Add custard powder to some milk and then pour it into boiling milk. Due to which it will start thickening soon. Add roasted vermicelli in it. Add some nuts as well as some chopped tropical fruits. Vermicelli Sheer Khurma is the most prepared dish on the occasion of Eid. To make this, you first have to roast dry fruits in ghee. After this, brown the vermicelli on low flame until golden brown. After this, heat the milk and after it boils, cook it for 10 minutes. When it becomes slightly thick, add sugar, cardamom powder, dry roasted nuts and vermicelli to it. Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. Milk is not used in this vermicelli. First of all, fry vermicelli in ghee. Similarly, roast dry fruits also. Now after the vermicelli is roasted, you have to add 1 to 1.5 cups of water as per requirement. Just till the vermicelli gets submerged. Cover it and cook for 3-4 minutes. When a little water is left, add dry fruits along with sugar and cardamom powder into it. If desired, jaggery can be used instead of sugar and a little more ghee should be used so that these vermicelli become puffy. (Image:cookwithladlyofficial_)
