What to feed children to increase height

1- Pulses- Dal is prepared in every Indian home and it is very beneficial for children. Be sure to include pulses like arhar, urad, masoor, moong in the diet of children. Lentils contain proteins and vitamins, which increase height as well as growth.

2- Green vegetables- Nowadays children run away from green vegetables but they are most important for their development.
