Free bus travel for disabled people in APSRTC buses; Here are the details

Andhra Pradesh government has approved the decision to provide free bus travel for disabled people in RTC buses, Tv9 Telugu reported.

It was approved in a cabinet meeting held in Amaravati under the chairmanship of AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday. The decision comes after the coalition government made bus travel free for women in RTC buses through Stree Shakti scheme in 2025.

Currently, disabled people can avail 50 percent discount on their ticket in RTC buses.
