(Daily Kiran News) – A cyber fraud of ₹2.7 crore has been exposed in Ajmer district, where more than 20 goat farms were operated without registration.
This was revealed in an investigation by the Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, . The Home Department and the Deputy Director of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre have directed the Ajmer SP to register ‘e-zero’ FIRs and take action against unauthorized farm operators.
According to the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, New , a total of 3,160 cases have been registered against unauthorized goat farms on the Cyber Crime Portal 1930 from Ajmer. These cases have been forwarded to various state police departments and their resolution is pending.
Investigations have found that operators of these goat farms have defrauded traders and the general public by making them transfer money online through UPI. So far, ₹2.7 crore has been fraudulently collected in the name of these farms.
Bank Accounts Frozen and Further Action Underway
The unauthorized bank accounts of various unregistered goat farms in Ajmer have been frozen. Efforts are being made to gather further information about others involved who are deceiving people by making them transfer money online.
In the investigation conducted by the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, New , several farms on Ajmer Sikar Road were found involved in the fraud. These include R.K. Bakri Farm, Hans Bakri Farm, DSP Bakri Farm, JMK Bakri Farm ,Bakri Farm, Ajmer Bakri Farm, Tanwar Bakri Farm (Gajendra and Prahlad), Nagaur and Nagaura Bakri Farm, Roopchand Bakri Farm, Sultan Bakri Farm, Khan Bakri Farm, S.K. Bakri Farm, A.K. Bakri Farm, K.P. Bakri Farm, Raj Bakri Farm, L.K. Bakri Farm, Shrilaxmi Bakri Farm, Dayama Bakri Farm, and CMS Bakri Farm of Nagaur Thanwala.
These unregistered farms are operated by Bablu, Rakesh Kumar, Prakash, Deepak, Ghanshyam, Ganesh, and others. Most accounts are not in their names, but in the names of other account holders. The police are actively investigating the matter.
