Labor Court Case: In the year 1973, Ranveer Singh Yadav used to work as a bus conductor in Delhi. He was accused of giving a ticket to a woman passenger for 10 paise instead of 15 paise and kept 5 paise for himself.
This minor allegation became the biggest crisis of his life. An investigation began and three years later, in 1976, he was fired from his job. At that time he had two small children, whose responsibility was on his shoulders.

After losing his job, Ranveer Singh Yadav had to face questions from society and family. In 2016, he told that even his children used to ask him if he had stolen. He had to prove himself innocent again and again. While people go on pilgrimage, Yadav kept making rounds of the court. This fight became not just for job, but for respect.

Ranveer Singh Yadav did not give up and in 1990 the Labor Court ruled in his favor, declaring his dismissal unfair. But the matter did not end here. Delhi Transport Corporation challenged this decision in the High Court. After this, this case continued for 40 years, in which the system spent thousands of rupees for 5 paise.
