Alia Bhatt’s finally dropped its teaser on June 10. The newest chapter in Aditya chopra’s ambitious YRF Spy Universe, the film also stars Sharvari alongside Bhatt and the two are joined by Bobby Deo, who plays Baba, the mentor of Alia’s character Sita. While netizens are divided over Alia Bhatt’s action scenes in the teaser, the actress’ industry colleagues, however, are showering love on it. After Shah Rukh Khan, now Katrika Kaif has taken to her Instagram stories to appreciate the teaser. Notably, Katrina Kaif has starred as the Pakistani ISI super-spy Zoya Nazar in three films within the YRF Spy Universe.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Katrina shared the teaser of Alpha and wrote, “My dearest @aliabhatt @sharvari This is looking fire. Can’t wiat to see this… Full in Action Mode, Bring it on.” The actress accompanied her comment with multiple fire emoji along with a biceps emoticon.

The two-minute teaser of Alpha stars with Alia celebrating her 18th birthday with her father (Bobby Deol). However, the celebration quickly turns into high-stakes missions, sleek fight sequences, and a lot of ammunition being fired everywhere.
Earlier , who plays Pathaan in the YRF Spy Universe had shared a note for Alia, writing, “Well done Alia, in years from breaking hearts and now to breaking bones your skill set keeps expanding.” Shah Rukh Khan further went on to add, “May Alpha win hearts and still leave some villains standing for the sequel.” He concluded his appreciation post by writing, “Go get them Sigma girl! Lord Bobby….you are so good when you are bad!!! Big hug. And all the best to Shiv and his team.” SRK also tagged YRF and Bobby Derol in the post alongside director Shiv Rawail.

For the unversed, Shah Rukh and Alia have earlier worked together in the coming-of-age drama Dear Zindagi in 2016. SRK also made a cameo in Alia and Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 2022 Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva.
Alpha is directed by and produced by Aditya Chopra. The film is based on a story by Uday Chopra, with a screenplay by Soumil Shukla and Shridhar Raghavan. It is the latest chapter in the YRF Spy Universe, following Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, Tiger 3 and War 2.
