Krishival Foods Limited stated for the first time that this Board would meet on October 27, 2025, to determine how the company would raise funds through a rights issue, which would include the issuance of warrants or other securities.
“We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Krishival Foods Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2025, to consider and approve inter-alia the proposal of fund raising by way of issue of warrants or other securities of the Company through a rights issue (“Rights Issue”), as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required and deemed appropriate by the Company,” said Krishival Foods in a regulatory filing on October 17.
Krishival Foods declared a final dividend of Rs 0.24 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. For the purpose of the same the record was September 18, 2025.
The company Krishival Foods Ltd. was established in 2014 and processes nuts and dried fruits. Its products are sold under the “Krishival Nuts” brand.Targeting tier-II and tier-III Indian cities, the firm offers packaged foods with a focus on flavoring nuts and dried fruit items. According to Screener statistics, Krishival has shown significant sales growth in recent years. Its consolidated revenue went up from around Rs 50 crore in FY 2019 to over Rs 202 crore in FY 2024.
Profits have also climbed dramatically over the same time period; net profit rose from around Rs 1 crore in FY 2019 to approximately Rs 14 crore in FY 2024. According to Screener’s research, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for sales over a five-year period is around 36%, while the CAGR for profit over the same period is approximately 78%. Nonetheless, there is potential for growth in some margin and return indicators. For instance, the operating margin increased from about 7% in FY 2019 to about 10% in FY 2024, and the return on capital employed (ROCE) was between 14 and 15%.
Krishival Foods’ stock ended Friday’s trading session on the BSE at Rs 485 a share, with a 1.05% gain. The market capitalization of the firm was Rs 1,081.31 Cr as of October 17, 2025.
