IndiGo, India’s largest and leading low-cost airline, is tightening its European game. The airline just expanded its codeshare agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, giving travellers access to as many as 30 destinations across Europe and the UK, all routed via Amsterdam.
What’s Changing
Starting August 11, 2025, IndiGo passengers can book one ticket from India to cities like Paris, Berlin, London, Geneva, and more, all while flying partly on KLM’s extensive network.
The codeshare means you’ll get through check-in of baggage, smoother connections, and a unified booking experience, even if you’re hopping across multiple carriers.
This builds on their original 2022 agreement, which gave KLM travellers access to 24 Indian destinations via IndiGo. Now the benefits flow both ways, with IndiGo placing its code on key European routes operated by KLM.
