According to the company’s CHRO Sitaram Kandi, this sector will lead the growth and hiring of Tata Motors in the coming years. On the other hand, Godrej Consumer Products is taking strong steps not just on jobs but also on diversity and inclusion. The company is targeting 33% re-representation (Persons with disabilities, LGBTIQA+ and cis-women) in its workforce by FY27, which is currently 31%.
