Accident on Agra Expressway: A major accident took place in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow on Sunday. A massive fire suddenly broke out in an AC bus running on the Agra Expressway. Within a short time, the fire became so severe that the entire bus became a ball of fire within minutes. The fire was so fierce that the plume of smoke was visible up to two kilometers away. The surprising thing is that at the time of the accident, there were 70 passengers on board, all of them were taken out safely. There is no news of any casualty.

Actually, this accident happened near the toll plaza on the expressway in Kakori police station area between 4 to 5 am on Sunday morning. Suddenly the tire of the bus burst and then a fire broke out. The bus was going from Delhi to Gonda. There was a lot of crowd due to Chhath. After a lot of effort, the people nearby pulled out the passengers sitting inside and tried to extinguish the fire, but the fire did not go out. After this the police and fire brigade were informed. But after an hour the fire brigade team reached the spot. By the time the team brought the fire under control, the bus was completely burnt. The fire was so terrible that people’s hearts trembled after seeing it. He said, Chhathi Maiya saved me, otherwise as terrible as the accident was, it would have been difficult for anyone to survive.

Passengers told that all the passengers were fast asleep at the time of the accident. The bus was running at a speed of 80 to 90 per kilometer. During this time the rear tire suddenly burst. There was a loud sound and a strong shock and everyone woke up. Then when they saw smoke from the rear, the passengers got scared and started shouting. The driver immediately hit the brakes and asked everyone to get down immediately. Many people saved their lives by leaving their belongings in the bus and running away. Within some time the smoke had turned into flames.
