FIIs increase stake in 3 stocks – Sical Logistics, Silver Touch Tech and NIBE

New Delhi: Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), considered as major players in the Stock Market, have been relentlessly selling equities these days. The FIIs pump in money to invest in Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, and Hedge Funds. The money invested by the foreign investors increases market liquidity, and create positivity. Therefore, stocks in which FIIs increase their stake are under limelight.

Sical Logistics Limited

Sical Logistics Limited, engaged in the integrated logistics and supply chain sector, provides services such as port handling, road and rail transport, warehousing, and container logistics. The company offers end-to-end logistics support to firms in the coal, fertilizer, and commodity sectors.

The shareholding pattern shows that in December 2025, the FIIs had no holdings, however, it increased to 3.09 percent by March 2026. During that period, promoters’ stake stood at 73.50 percent, the public held 23.33 percent, and DIIs holding was only 0.07 percent.

Silver Touch Technologies Limited

Silver Touch Technologies Limited, an IT services and digital solutions company, is in the business of developing software, cloud, cybersecurity, and providing e-governance solutions. The company partners with government institutions and enterprise clients to support digital transformation.

In December 2025, Foreign Institutional Investors had 0.75 percent stake, which they increased to 1.31 percent by March 2026. Promoters have 74.61 percent stake, while the public holds 24.04 percent shares. DIIs holding is low at 0.05 percent.

NIBE Limited

NIBE Limited operates in the defence manufacturing and engineering sectors. It manufactures specialised components and equipment for defence and aerospace. The company focuses on precision engineering and advanced manufacturing, strengthening the country’s defence sector.

FIIs have raised their stake in this stock. In December 2025, FII holding stood at 5.99 percent, which rose to 8.70 percent by March 2026. Promoters have 53.39 percent stake, while the public holds 37.56 percent shares. DII holding is around 0.35 percent.
